With almost six decades of full time law practice to draw from, Irving Silver continues to guide his clients in their business and estate planning matters including  the administration of estates and trusts, philanthropic and business planning, enterprise succession and the formation and operation of charitable foundations.

Following his active duty service in the United States Air Force, Irving, who grew up in Holyoke, Massachusetts went on to became a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Commerce and Business Administration. He then earned his a juris doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Irving and his wife Frances are the parents of Hedy Rubinger (of Atlanta) and Evan Silver (of Boston), and the grandparents of Jill, Scott, Adam & Eric, and Dylan Charlotte.
