— In re Clear Point Chemicals, Inc. – Represented fracking chemical company with over $26 mil in debt in Chapter 11 case that resulted in buy out and confirmed plan over the objection of the unsecured creditors’ committee.

— In re Diamond Scaffold Services, LLC – Represented scaffolding company with over $16 mil in debt in Chapter 11 case that resulted in confirmed plan.

— In re Simpson – Represented farmer in Subchapter V small business reorganization case that resulted in consensually confirmed plan.
